Heading out of Reykjavik, your first stop takes you to Selvallavatn lake and its vast lava fields, offering panoramic views that showcase the rugged beauty of the peninsula. You will then venture towards Kirkjufellsfoss waterfall, where the iconic arrow-shaped Mt. Kirkjufell stands tall against the backdrop of the ocean.

Next, you will make your way to Djúpalónssandur, a stunning black sand beach surrounded by striking moss-covered lava fields. This picturesque stretch of coast is a photographer's dream; you certainly would be remiss not to take a moment to capture some images for your travel memories.
