Other stops may include popping through an Estaminet to learn about the historical significance of these drinking halls, peeking into see some murals at the Church of St. Nicolas, admiring the Brussels Cathedral, or passing in front of the most famous baby statue in the world. You may also touch upon Belgian architecture and the history of the Belgian monarchy at the Place Royale and discuss the site of the former Coudenberg Palace (of Charles V) that is now underground.

Leaving this introductory experience, you will have gained a more profound appreciation of the vibrant Belgian capital. Friendly guide. Very knowledgeable. We had a great time

Natalie was a wonderful guide, this was my 4th trip to Brussels, but I had never had an orientation to the city as a whole and how it developed. The route was excellent - I feel like I know the city so much better!

Asafeh was a marvelous guide in an extraordinary city. She was so knowledgeable, so adaptable to our interests, and so accommodating of our group’s needs. Her passion for the history, the architecture, and both the high and low culture of Brussels deeply inspired us. We had no idea what richness there is to be found in Brussels, and without such a thoughtful and engaging tour, we still would not know. We recommend Asefeh’s tour so, so highly.
