What a delightful morning we had with Rafa! He provided an excellent overview of the key elements informing and shaping Japanese culture and was engaging and engaged in our conversations about Japanese language history, religion. - The Imperial Palace Gardens are partially wheelchair accessible - some paths are a little steep and some are covered in gravel, but most are usable.
