Raphael was very good. Knowledgeable, good listener, customer service oriented. He adjusted his pace for my husband’s slowness. He Even stayed late with us on his birthday! I felt that this tour subject matter was a little ‘weaker’ than other context tours I have taken. The tour WAS exactly as described; I’m not sure how it could have been improved to be more enjoyable. Maybe I would have enjoyed the older traditional bar on the street as opposed to the rooftop bar we went to. But Raphael tried to make it as interesting and was very engaging.
