This was a wonderful tour. Dimitra was extremely knowledgeable and fun to be with. We requested to add the new archaeological museum of Chania to the itinerary, and Dimitra made that work. Overall it was a great opportunity to learn about many historical periods of Crete, from the prehistoric era to WW2. Highly recommended!

Dimitra is fabulous. She was a deeply knowledgeable, personable, funny, and gracious guide for a day trip in and around Chania. Our family had such fun spending the day with her and benefitting from her infinite knowledge of Cretan and Greek culture, history (both ancient and modern), architecture, and religion. We learned so much from her about the incredible island of Crete! We saw places -- and appreciated their significance -- with Dimitra that we would never have even found without her (and her wonderful driver, Yannis).
