British-born, Kristina moved to France in 1988 and has degrees in Modern Languages and International Economics. After 14 years in the northern city of Lille and a brief stint in the US, she has been happily settled in the western suburbs of Paris since 2005. Kristina is a licensed tour guide, specialised in medieval history and Benedictine abbeys as well as Versailles and the Sun King. She is fluent in English, French and German.

Kristina has traveled extensively throughout Asia professionally and to Canada, USA, Costa Rica, Japan, and Australia for fun. Paris has now become her playground and she delights in finding the stories and fun facts behind the Paris building and districts, which she will happily relate with a touch of British humour.
