ACADEMIC BACKGROUNG

After completing his classical studies at Liceo Classico Orazio and graduating in Art History at La Sapienza University in Rome, in 2009 he moved to Milan, the city of his dreams, where he became a licensed tour guide in 2011. After that, he spent the past 15 years fully immersing into the city's life, stories and most intimate secrets, while fruitfully working with some of the most prestigeous tour operators such as Jtb, Kuoni, Tumlare, Miki, Hankyu, Intertravel, City Wonders, The Tour Guy, The World of Tels and more. But it was thanks to Context Travel's mindset and vision that he could finally fulfill his professional vocation by combining deep sectoral expertise with the art of storytelling.

PROFESSIONAL MISSION

Davide doesn’t consider himself a mere “tour guide”, at least not the way this profession is commonly viewed. His goal is to offer his clients not only an informative journey through the beauty and history of the city, but a wider and deeper experience aimed to let them touch the very soul of Milan. And that's also why he loves to highlight connections between different times and places so that the clients’ experience is never isolated but always historicallly contextualized through imaginative “bridges” for an inspirational, 360-degree journey.
Offering visitors historical notions and precious informations is what a tour guide is called to do, but taking them through local stories and secrets, for a next-level experience of the city, is the very heart of Davide's professional mission.
