In my life I experience Art – visual art, painting and music - both in a theoretical and practical way, in order to be able to transmit the value, the beauty, the emotions of any work of art, as well as the atmosphere and life of any new location.
I consider the awakening of perception as the main factor through which an artwork, a town, a different country, can be appreciated, thus opening new doors of perception in the traveler, that's what a traveler is just looking for.
I have a degree in Art and Music, and a PhD in Didactic of Art; therefore, all the years of teaching experience in Universities, schools and painting workshops have strengthened my ability to present information enthusiastically and with empathy, whilst at the same time making it interesting and appealing to any kind of people.
As a Guide I keep the same purpose: establish a genuine personal interaction with travelers whether admiring art places, monuments, or walking along the street joining everyday life of the town while tasting typical food.
Besides the traditional historical, artistic and culinary tours of Bologna and the Emilia-Romagna region, I lead tours to modern/contemporary art collections, making them accessible to all.
I specialize in music as well, leading tours to the Museum of Music and to violin makers ateliers.

Life has taken me through Europe, the United States, South America, India, Middle East, and as far as Antartica.
